SuraFlow Limited was an investment vehicle through which various disparate parties were to fund the licensing of the SuraFlow brand and its products from Younger Marketing Management Limited. The two companies were NOT otherwise associated. This strategy was not perused by either party and after eight months and in early 2004 SuraFlow Limited ceased to operate. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons the company was not wound up legally until this year. Younger Marketing Management Limited appreciate that SuraFlow Limited's status has caused some concern and confusion and we can only reiterate that all intellectual property in the SuraFlow brand and it's products and services are, and will continue to be wholly owned by Younger Marketing Management Limited. Younger Marketing Management Limited has been trading since 2000 and has always looked after its customers and treated its suppliers in a businesslike manner. The winding up of SuraFlow Limited has no effect on customer service, support, or warranties for SuraFlow products as provided by Younger Marketing Management Limited. |
